What Happens to Your Body?
Randsfjorden is refreshing year-round. The water temperature in the summer is around 15 degrees Celsius.
When you swim in cold water, your body gets a real kick. Blood pressure rises, blood vessels constrict, and hormones like endorphins and adrenaline are released.
